NDIS Pricing Arrangements
Advice Care follows NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits where they apply. We aim to keep pricing, invoices and service agreements clear and easy to understand.
Understanding NDIS Pricing
The NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits explain the maximum amounts that can be charged for many NDIS supports. The official NDIS information says these arrangements help participants know the maximum amount to pay, and help providers know the most they can charge for NDIS supports.
Advice Care uses clear service agreements and invoices so participants, families, plan managers and support coordinators can understand what support was provided, when it was delivered and how it was charged.
NDIS pricing can change from time to time. Participants should always check the current official NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits or speak with their support coordinator or plan manager if they are unsure.

Plan-Managed, Self-Managed and NDIA-Managed Funding
The way a participant’s NDIS plan is managed can affect how invoices are processed. Some participants are self-managed, some are plan-managed, and some are NDIA-managed. Advice Care can discuss billing arrangements before services begin.
If a participant is plan-managed, invoices may be sent to the participant’s plan manager. If a participant is self-managed, invoices may be sent directly to the participant or nominee. If a participant is NDIA-managed, providers must follow relevant NDIA claiming requirements.
Participants should understand their budget and funding category before starting supports. Support coordinators and plan managers can help participants understand how funding may be used and whether a service is suitable for their plan.
Advice Care aims to communicate clearly so participants are not surprised by fees, invoices or cancellation rules. If you are unsure, please ask our team before support starts.
Common Pricing Topics
Participants and families often ask about cancellations, travel, invoices, service agreements and support categories. These details should be discussed before supports begin.
Short Notice Cancellation
Cancellation charges may apply if support is cancelled with short notice under NDIS rules.
Provider Travel
Travel charges may apply for some supports where allowed and agreed in advance.
Non-Face-to-Face Work
Some support-related tasks may be claimable where allowed under NDIS rules.
Support Category
The correct support category depends on the participant’s NDIS plan and service type.
Plan Budget
Participants should check if they have enough funding before booking supports.
Invoice Checks
Participants and plan managers can review invoices and ask questions if anything is unclear.
Participant Choice and Value for Money
NDIS participants have choice and control over their supports. Pricing should be clear so participants can make informed decisions and understand how their funding is being used.
Advice Care aims to provide support that is respectful, reliable and connected to participant goals. Good value is not only about price. It is also about safety, quality, communication, participant satisfaction and meaningful outcomes.
